Meet the Team
Tom Lutener
Tom started his working life as an Osteopath. Following numerous commercial roles in the medical industry, he found himself working for one of the hearing aid manufacturers as an Account Manager, looking after Audiologists both in the private, NHS, and national chain sectors. Tom quickly realised that he missed the one-to-one interaction with patients and found the hearing field fascinating. He, therefore, retrained as an audiologist. With his commercial knowledge and armed with degrees in Physiology (function of the body), Osteopathy, and Hearing Aid Audiology he brings a wealth of knowledge in the hearing industry to Spain. He is a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (RHAD) and Member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (MSHAA).
Floor Niessen
Floor, originally from The Netherlands, moved to the UK in 2005 where she trained as Physiotherapist. After having enjoyed clinical work in Occupational Health for a number of years, Floor moved into Project and Supply Chain Manager roles within the pharmaceutical industry where getting lifesaving medicines to patients was her ultimate goal. Over the years she has worked with customers from across the world from all walks off life. Floor loves caring for patients and, since her move to Spain, has found a real passion for bringing better hearing to the world.
Michele Martin
Michele is a former NHS nurse with a wealth of experience in the health care sector. Prior to joining Tom & Floor she worked as carer for many years. Michele is passionate about helping people and making them feel at ease. With her great customer facing-skills and friendly manner, Michele makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome at our clinic.
