Your Warranty

Peace of mind, built into every pair

When you buy hearing aids from us, your purchase comes with a 3-year warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Here is what that means in plain English.

30-day money back

We are confident you'll love your new hearing aids - but if you're not happy and wish to return them, you are entitled to a full refund as long as you request it within 30 days of fitting.

3-year warranty

All newly-bought hearing aids come with a 3-year warranty. If something goes wrong with the electronics, we send the aid to the manufacturer for repair free of charge - and we cover all adjustment appointments for the first 3 years too.

What is not covered

The warranty does not include repairs caused by negligence - for example: cracked or broken shells from drops or stepping on the aid, pet damage, or wires broken by pulling the aid out incorrectly. Casing replacements always fall outside warranty.

Examples of what is not covered

We will always discuss any repair charges with you upfront and we will always do our best to repair your hearing aid in-house where we can. We do recommend that you add your hearing aids to your private home insurance.
