We are confident that you will love your new hearing aids! However, if you are not happy and wish to return the hearing aids, you are entitled to a full refund as long as you request this within 30 days of when you had your hearing aids fitted.
Your 3-year Warranty
All newly-bought hearing aids come with a 3-year warranty. This means that if something goes wrong with the electronics of your hearing aid, we can send it off for repair to our manufacturer, free of charge. Need adjustments? We will also cover all adjustment appointments for the first 2 years.
What isn't included in your warranty?
Please note that the warranty does not include repairs required due to negligence, for example:
- Dropping or accidentally stepping on your hearing aid causing the shell to crack or break is not included in the warranty (all casing replacements fall outside warranty)
- The dog has chewed the hearing aid and multiple parts are broken
- Breakage of the wire due to incorrectly pulling the hearing aid out of the ear is not included in the warranty
