We are confident that you will love your new hearing aids! However, if you are not happy and wish to return the hearing aids, you are entitled to a full refund as long as you request this within 30 days of when you had your hearing aids fitted.

Your 2-year Warranty

All newly-bought hearing aids come with a 2-year warranty. This means that if something goes wrong with the electronics of your hearing aid, we can send it off for repair to our manufacturer free of charge. Additionally, all adjustment appointments for your hearing aids are included in your warranty too.

What isn't included in your warranty?

Please note that the warranty does not include repairs required due to negligence, for example:
  • Dropping or accidentally stepping on your hearing aid causing the shell to crack or break is not included in the warranty (all casing replacements fall outside warranty)
  • The dog has chewed the hearing aid and multiple parts are broken
  • Breakage of the wire due to incorrectly pulling the hearing aid out of the ear is not included in the warranty

We will always discuss any repair charges with you upfront and we will always do our best to repair your hearing aid in-house where we can.

We do recommend that you add your hearing aids to your private home insurance.

In these times we are naturally taking all precautions to keep you safe. That’s why we clean our waiting area, reception area, and clinic spaces down after each appointment. Before entering our clinic we will take your temperature to ensure you don’t have a fever which is one of the symptoms of Covid-19. Likewise, to best help prevent the spread of this disease, we urge you to please contact our clinic prior to any appointments if you believe you are exhibiting symptoms. Common symptoms of this virus may include fever, cough, and shortness of breath.

If you have to travel across provincial borders during the restrictions

Through this time we have seen restrictions in relation to people being allowed to travel across their municipalities/provinces. Due to the clinical nature of our business, you are permitted to travel to us, even whilst restrictions are in place. If you need to travel across borders, please contact us in advance and we can send you an official appointment confirmation via text / WhatsApp / Email which you can show the authorities if you are stopped.
