Appointment

Book your 1-hour free hearing test by calling or messaging us today!

Hearing Test

We'll talk to you about your hearing history and specific issues, complete a comprehensive hearing test with you, discuss & explain the results and which hearing aids are right for you

Fitting Day

The big day! We'll fit you with your new hearing aids, programe them to your needs and tell you about how they work and how to look after them. We won't give you 100% of the volume just yet so you can get used to all the new sounds without it being too loud!

1st Follow Up

Time to see how you're getting on! It's normal to feel that the volume has gone down. This is perfect, you're getting used to your new hearing aid! We'll increase the volume and tweak anything that isn't quite right for you

2nd Follow Up

By now you'll be feeling much more confident with your hearing aids and hour hearing! If anything isn't quite right yet, we'll make the adjustments

6 Month Follow Up

Once your last follow up is completed, we will book you in for a 6-month check up, just to make sure all is going well

Aftercare

With your 2-year warranty, you can contact us anytime if you'd like your hearing aids to be serviced or adjusted. It's all included in your purchase!
